A food products training was conducted on July 26, 2023 for women entrepreneurs aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare three popular food items, mixed fruit jam, squash and snacks. The training covered various aspects including ingredient selection, preparation techniques and packing guidelines. During the session on mixed fruit jam, participants learned the importance of selecting high quality fruits and understanding the idea fruit to sugar ratio. They were guided through the step-by-step process of preparing the jam, including cooking, sterilization and proper storage techniques. Squash prepared for using pineapple. Snacks prepared for using bread and egg. Squash is a rich source of essential vitamin A, vitamin C. preparing squash with pineapple is a delightful and nutritious way to enjoy these two versatile ingredients. The training included hands on practical demonstrations for each food product. Participants actively engaged in the preparation process under the guidance of experienced instructor.
